Unending Vapidness
Lilia is a mostly closeted trans girl who is fed up with everyone and everything. Her stupid parents, her stupid school, and her stupid life. Just about the only thing she likes is her best friend, Marcia. She might like her a little bit more than you normally do a best friend...

This is a submission for Yuri Jam 2024 and is a project I worked on for a very short amount of time. As a result, it is rather unpolished, but I hope that you can enjoy the game for what it is. I put a lot of effort into this, and would love any feedback.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that it looks like the downloaded file is just your build of the game you were working on. I'd recommend using the 'build distributions' option in ren'py to make a version for windows that's executable.
Thankfully I was able to play with my own version of Ren'py. I really liked the character writing and the emotions you portrayed, this is really good for being your first game! I'd love to see the updated version once you're done with it. The unfortunate reality of Lilia's parents and her difficulties with school and coming out are very realistically expressed, and it was as painful as it was cathartic to read.
Really well done!
Thank you so much! I mean it, I love seeing people comment on my work. Also about the windows build. I just uploaded it so it should work now. I wanted to hold off until I finished version 1.1 but my game is basically unplayable in that state, so I needed to rectify that immediately.
The updated version won't have anything meaningful changed, it just gives an updated title screen and a couple minor dialogue changes to make it flow better. After that, I'm done.
I'm already mapping out a sequel, but I don't want to get too bogged down in making continuations so that will likely end up being the last you'll hear from Marcia and Lilia.
Once again, thank for your input!
